Territory is all of Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, and doesn't need to be in Chicago specifically, just in-territory.Biotech Dental USA manufactures and sells dental implants, orthodontic clear aligners, and dental implant-related products through direct sales efforts and a network ofdental supply dealers. As a Biotech Dental sales team member, you will be expected to maintain ideal customer relations by developing new prospects, and new customers and supporting existing customers directly or in collaboration with the dealer network. You will be responsible for training our dealer network in your assigned territory, co-traveling with dealer representatives, and attending dental tradeshows and educational events.We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working sales professional that can work autonomously in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment. Dental implants and Orthodontic Aligners are the largest and fastest-growing dental products. ONLY the dental implants, and implant-related products are in the bag.Responsibilities include : Developing a territory business planMeet corporate sales objectives for assigned territoryGrowing and developing territory of residual-based dental productsAcquiring new customers and supporting an existing customer baseWorking with the dealer network to conduct product presentationsDevelop long-term customer relationshipsProficient product knowledge to provide technical support to customers and train the dealer networkSubmit expense reports accurately and in a timely fashionRequirements : Outside sales experience in the dental industry specificallyBackground in dental products or device salesAbility to present multiple productsExcellent communication and organizational skillsComputer proficiencyDental sales and digital workflow experience a plusSales of dental products through distribution and a network of dealer rep relationships a plusAbility to travelJob Type : Full-time / remote / based in IL / MN / WISalary : base and commission $90k with Year 1 OTE $120k uncapped.Benefits : 401(k)Dental InsuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance$900 Car allowance / Gas$45 Cell Phone
