Description
Pain management facility looking for phone operator with good communication and organization skills.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answers all incoming calls
- Schedule patients in a timely matter
- Answers patient inquiries and takes messages for medical provider
- Participates in staff meetings and other meetings as instructed.
- Maintains confidentiality within the workplace and within the community.
- Handles protected health information in a manner consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
- Adheres to the Mission and Values of PCCC
- Assign faxes
- Performs other duties as required and assigned
