Busy Medical / Chiropractic office in Beverly Grove is searching for an extrovert, enthusiastic, compassionate and professional front desk supervisor.
This position is a Full Time position.
Candidate must be able to perform the following:
Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Back Office Duties
- Greeting patients with a friendly attitude in a busy environment
- Must be a extrovert and have the ability to approach patients with education and promote services
- Collections of patient balances and collect payments
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule appointments for services for patients
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of computer systems (ChiroTouch software)
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Updating and reviewing social media and website content
- Tracking all stats for clinic and separating by provider
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures & reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort with staff & Doctors by accomplishing related results as needed.

Monday: 930am - 530pm
Tuesday: 930am - 539pm
Thursday: 930am - 530pm
Friday: 830am - 230pm
Saturday: 830am - 230pm
