We are a dynamic interventional pain management practice seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with familiarity in pain management for patients with acute and chronic pain to join our team in Newington and Newmarket NH

About the position

We offer a regular work schedule with an excellent work-life balance. This opportunity is full time position caring for acute/chronic pain patients in a clinical setting. The selected candidate will be a team player working in collaboration with a physician.

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Qualifications

Valid NH Medical License
Active DEA license or ability to apply upon hire
CPR and ACLS certification
Recent graduates are welcome

Nurse Practitioner Role/Physician Assistant

Provide pain management care (acute and chronic needs) for adult patients in an outpatient clinical setting through medication, non-invasive procedures and therapeutic techniques. The Nurse Practitioner will demonstrate a high degree of clinical expertise in working with patients with pain, including acute postoperative/traumatic pain, chronic non-cancer and cancer related plan conditions.

· Adhere to established standards of care and evidence-based care practice models.

· Conform to regulatory and compliance requirements for Pain Management care.

· Effectively discuss interventional procedures with patients and schedule them when appropriate.

· Understand multi-specialty treatment modalities to its fullest benefit for the patients.
Shows compassion and respect for all.

· Work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary health team and function with a high degree of autonomy.

· Willing to assist in or perform procedures such as Trigger point injections, joint injections, etc.

· Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

· Acts as a patient advocate for the population served.

· Attends, participates and contributes in group/practice meetings and development of policies and procedures as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
