Position Summary
Ensure every patient receives a thorough, comprehensive, and individualized physical therapy regimen to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Compensation : $75,000 - $90,000
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Perform a thorough evaluation of incoming patients to curate and document a recommended treatment plan based on each patient's individual needs, consulting with program director and / or referring providers as needed.
- Provide exceptional, ongoing care to patients, assisting with all phases of physical therapy treatments and techniques.
- Discuss treatments with patients, recording their conditions and responses to therapy in their medical record after each visit.
- Complete daily patient care notes, progress notes, discharge notes, and other required forms as requested by referring providers, rehabilitation nurses, or insurance companies.
- Collaborate with both scheduling and authorizations teams to help ensure fluid treatment progression.
- Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all patients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Comply with state and Company standards of operations and
- Adhere to the Company's core values and H.O.P.E. mission statement.
- Regular participation and measurable involvement in marketing and / or business development efforts.
- Additional duties as assigned.
