Exciting Career Opportunities

Due to recent growth in Eastern NY and Western CT, particularly in Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, and Fairfield counties, we have several new career opportunities. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic  Sales Manager who will consult with customers, prepare accurate estimates, and build new relationships while maintaining existing ones. This person will be instrumental in revenue generating activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing towards key performance indicators.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for candidates who excel in revenue-generating activities. Your responsibilities will include implementing our sales process, initiating lead generation programs, and overseeing jobs as a customer advocate. You'll also follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with an Area Manager and Delivery Teams while building and nurturing a client portfolio. You will collaborate with an Area Manager and Delivery Teams to ensure certain KPIs are achieved, and quality is upheld across all territories in the assigned area. By upholding our code of values, you'll show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development

Generate a pipeline of leads using a lead generation program for residential and commercial projects.

  • Form partnerships with realtors, designers, builders, property managers, local businesses, etc.
  • Obtain referrals by attending networking events such as BNI groups, chambers of commerce, etc.
  • Generate leads by running a booth at events such as home shows.
  • Research and start partnerships and referral programs to boost lead flow.
  • Qualify and manage leads, set appointments, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Convert appointments to sales, aiming to close deals that meet our high standards.
  • Provide accurate and detailed quotes to customers at the correct margins.
  • Guide customer interactions from initial contact to project completion, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Close opportunities efficiently to minimize crew downtime.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as an on-site customer advocate.

  • Understand each customer's unique needs, recommend solutions, and advocate for them on the job site.
  • Clearly communicate and document customers' needs and expectations in a written proposal.
  • Follow up with prospective customers promptly and professionally by phone or email.
  • Visit current projects to ensure customer satisfaction and perform follow-up after job completion to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Qualifications

    Successful candidates must be able to perform each essential duty with passion and accountability. Ideal candidates will reside locally or within reasonable proximity to the franchise territories.  The knowledge, skill and / or abilities required to be a reliable contributor are :

  • Minimum of 2 years successful experience in Home Improvement or Service-based industry.
  • Demonstrated work history depicting lead generation, sales closure rate, and a sales book of business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, partners, and clients.
  • Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced self-motivated environment.
  • Superb time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented, dependable, and reliable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in use of a Laptop / Tablet, smartphone and collaborative office software programs such as Google Mail / Calendar / Sheets / Drive.
  • Other Qualifications

    These are the personal and behavioral attributes required by incumbents to successfully execute the essential functions of the position.

  • Automobile with NY or CT driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Willing and able to embrace a proven sales process.
  • Willing and able to embrace a proven system of project delivery processes.
  • Open to suggestions and constructive criticisms in an amicable manner.
  • Demeanor that is friendly and cooperative while maintaining adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Ambassador of corporate brand. Must present the values and ideals of the company and agree to a company code of conduct that governs both appearance and action.
  • Maintenance of personal vehicle in a professional manner to reflect and preserve corporate brand is required.
  • Energetic self-starter must be able to work independently with the ability to multitask, possessing a “get it done” attitude.
  • Willingness to broaden scope of responsibilities as required to ensure the success of company. These duties may include assignments in other job classifications.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
