What You'll Do
As a Foreman Painter at Paint of WNY, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services, adhering to our standards, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute painting projects from start to finish with precision.
- Perform all painting-related duties professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure the quality and timely completion of all painting assignments.
- Follow Paint of WNY's standards and procedures.
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
- Address client needs and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of painting equipment.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in surface preparation, coating application, and finishing techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
- Proficiency with painting equipment (ladders, lifts, paint sprayers, etc.) and products.
- Ability to perform all painting tasks independently and competently.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Full-time position
- Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
