Sales and Marketing Canvasser

Paint Pro America, is a painting and pressure washing company in Central Florida, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our door-to-door sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for generating leads and securing appointments for interior and exterior painting and pressure washing services. Key Responsibilities:

- Canvass Door-to-Door: Visit assigned neighborhoods to engage residents and promote our services.

- Generate Leads: Secure potential customers and schedule appointments with our expert team for estimates or visits.

-Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with potential clients to ensure their needs are met.

- Distribute Materials: Hand out flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented.

- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

- Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

- Earn $25 for each secured client who schedules an appointment.

- Potential to secure approximately 1 client per 15 houses canvassed.

- On average, earn approximately $37.5 per hour based on securing 1.5 clients per hour.
