Responsibilities:
- Estimating, Sales, & Marketing
- Customer Service
- Following up with customers
- Maintaining communication with customers through job completion
- Work closely with Paint Crews to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend networking events
- Consistently hit weekly goals
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
- Previous in home and/or outside sales experience is a plus
- Excited about performance-based pay
- Sales & customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
