Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be proficient in a range of tasks related to painting and finishing.
Duties
- Perform painting duties including preparing surfaces, selecting and mixing paints, and applying finishes.
- Utilize knowledge of different painting techniques.

Experience
- Proven experience in painting and related tasks.
SKILLS
- Demonstrates the ability to solve problems consistent with experience.
- Knows when to escalate questions or issues with day-to-day workflow and customer issues.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in rolling and edging.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and /or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
- Must be able to climb and work off a ladder up to 40ft. high.
- Ability to get to different locations throughout Greater Cincinnati locations throughout the day.
- Ability to squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to push and pull up to 50lbs. on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 30 lbs. frequently.
- Exposure to noise and moderate but varying temperatures, humidity and other elements in non-temperature-controlled environments.
