- Organize, oversee & manage projects from start to finish, ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Organize & oversee the schedules & work of crews as assigned by the operations manager.
- Set deadlines and perform punch lists & quality audits.
- Communicates with the team & supports team members to help move projects along in projected timelines while maintaining high quality work & minimal wasted time & materials.
- Responsible & accountable for quality of work.
- Keeps and maintains appropriate production records.
- Ensures that assigned crews comply with company policies & safety standards.
- Coordinates with human resources to respond to employee concerns or complaints.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent managerial & supervisory skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Previous experience is required
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Product Knowledge and technique is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
