Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Tampa, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting our services, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the facility management or commercial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the paint or facility maintenance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
