Painting with a Twist Kissimmee is looking for an outgoing personality with a big love for art to work in our creative, entertaining & fun paint & sip environment. Our classes are all about having fun, enjoying great music (singing and dancing optional) and letting loose for some creative outlet.

Our ideal candidate is very outgoing, loves to paint, is highly energetic, is able to let loose and have a great time, is reliable and understands that drama is not for the work place. No art degree is needed, however painting proficiency is required. Selected candidate will work as an assistant until they have been trained and are ready to teach as a painting instructor/ entertainer.

After initial training (anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks), you will be able to guide a group of people to paint an acrylic painting in 2-3 hours in a super fun way. Artists also perform other tasks including set-up and clean up as needed, checking in customers and reconciling payment and attendance. We primarily host evening & weekend classes, but events can be held any day/night 7 days a week for both kids and adults. Friday and/or Saturday availability is required along with reliable transportation.

All Instructors start as Assistants and move into teaching if/when the fit is right which is determined mutually between the artist and management. Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to paint with acrylic paint. (Self-taught is 100% welcome!)
• Comfortable with public speaking and/or performance skills
• Time management and communication skills
• Customer service experience or the understanding of its importance and willingness to learn.
• Available primarily during weeknights and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older

We will be hiring 1-2 artists to join our crew. This is a part-time position. Each new artist can expect 3-6 shifts per week. A shift is typically 3 to 3.5 hours.

Pay structure varies by the job performed. Pay ranges from $15 to $22 per hour plus tips. Bonus opportunities are also available.
