Position: Painter

What You’ll Do:

• Aid in full service painting operations
• Residential Painting (Interior/Exterior/Repair)
• Commercial Paitining (Interior/Exterior/Repair)
• Specialty Finishing
• Pressure washing
• Staining
• Color Consulting
• Be a quality team member
• Communicate with other Painters, Foremen, and Management about task completion and quality
• Help build a work a healthy environment rooted in respecting and uplifting your team
• Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
• Collaborate with clients to ensure they are satisfied in the quality of your work
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Respect our equipment and vehicles
• Pitch in with maintenance related tasks
• Follow rules and expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Residential and/or Commercial painting
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
