We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth in their designated territory.
*Duties*
- Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective customers to introduce our products/services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings
- Manage and grow a designated sales territory effectively
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales management team to optimize sales strategies
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Strong understanding of business development and sales processes
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with territory management principles
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus

Pay: $71,915.00 - $82,278.00 per year
