Pair Team is on a mission to connect underserved communities to high quality care as a tech-enabled medical group focused on high-risk Medicaid and Duals patients. Their novel whole-person care model - social, clinical, behavioral - is quarterbacked by a multidisciplinary care team across their network of shelters, food pantries, and other community partners leveraging Arc, their proprietary care management platform. Pair Team is one of the largest providers of a high-needs case management benefit in California and on track to build the country's largest clinically-integrated network of community-based organizations. About the Opportunity
As a Business Operations Manager you'll report to the Sr. Director of Business Operations and will serve as the analytical backbone to multiple organizations at Pair Team. You'll be responsible for generating insights, implementing new initiatives, and enabling the organization to achieve Pair Team's ambitious growth targets.
