The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and estimating, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities : Bid Preparation : Analyze and break down construction plans into comprehensive bid packages. Subcontractor Coordination : Distribute bid packages to subcontractors, follow up on submissions, and ensure timely responses. Compliance Review : Evaluate bids to ensure they meet project requirements and comply with specifications. Collaboration : Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to resolve questions and align on bid expectations. Requirements Educational Background : Preferably a degree in Construction Management or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in construction estimating and bid preparation. Skills : Strong command of English Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
