In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our tax preparation and administrative processes. Your primary responsibilities will include managing paperwork, organizing documents, and ensuring accurate data collection and reconciliation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Paperwork Management : Download, organize, and maintain tax preparation documents and other related paperwork.
- Document Organization : Ensure all tax prep documents are accurately filed and easily accessible for review.
- Data Follow-Up : Track and follow up on data collection processes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Communication : Facilitate back-and-forth data collection and updates with team members and clients via Slack and email.
- Data Reconciliation : Assist in reconciling financial and tax-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Remittance Support : Help with the preparation and processing of remittances as needed.
