What You’ll Do:
Lead & Motivate – Inspire your team to deliver top-notch customer service and meet sales goals.
Keep Us Stocked – Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure our kitchen never runs out of the good stuff.
Train & Develop – Help new employees get up to speed and keep the team growing.
Run the Show – Oversee daily operations, from scheduling to payroll and reporting.
Make an Impact – Assist with local marketing efforts to keep customers coming back for more.
Customer First – Solve problems, handle inquiries, and make every guest feel like family.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in restaurant or retail management (or a similar leadership role).
✅ A customer-first attitude—you love creating great experiences!
✅ Strong organizational skills to handle scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
✅ A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
