What are the responsibilities and job description for the FAMILY SERVICES ADVOCATE Proficiency in English and Spanish required (TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITY) position at Pajaro Valley Unified School District?
The District is accepting applications for Family Service Advocate with the MSHS Program 2025 Season. Last day of work November 17, 2025.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: This is a minimum experience and education/training standard that will be used to admit or reject applicants.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by some college-level coursework in community service or related field and one year of experience working with children and families, community service, public relations, or related activities.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Complete program-sponsored Family Development Certification within 18 months of hire or provide documentation of similar certification in social work, human services, counseling, or related fields.
Valid California driver's license.
Maintain current auto insurance.
May be required to provide their own transportation.
