Things you will be responsible for :
1. Culture Statement / Core Values : Knowledge of and use of Mission Statement and Core Values.
2. Guest Focus : Maintain our high standards of guest satisfaction by delivering their pizzas and or other products safely and efficiently. Collect payment as need and as deemed appropriate. Use of guest name when recognized or when they use check or credit card.
3. Product Knowledge : Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements
4. Work Ethic : Provide support in maintaining company appearance standards through completion of daily and weekly tasks.
5. Cash Controls : Maintain execution and control cash handling processes within daily tolerance for cash over / shortages and bad checks. Ensure signature on receipt for those guests who pay electronically. Keep a record of all transactions and include guest name, address, amount paid, and payment method.
6. Product Quality : Able to properly maintain all Food Service guidelines throughout the delivery process
7. Policies and Procedures : Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
8. Sales : Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash, while encouraging guests to dine with us again and perhaps try a new item on their next visit.
9. Safety : Ensure you are practicing good driving skills and patience in heavy traffic. Be prepared for the occasional mean dog
10. Cleanliness : - Ensure your vehicle is clean, welcoming, and meeting company standards
11. Extra Stuff : - Like everyone else, we must include additional duties as assigned.
