Responsibilities:
- Packing and Shipping: Assist in packing various items of all sizes—small, large, delicate, and heavy—for shipment. Ensure each item is packed securely and ready for transport, following best practices and safety protocols.
- Crating and Freighting: Help in preparing large or fragile items for shipment, including custom crating and freighting solutions, to guarantee safe arrival at their destination.
- Mailbox Services: Assist customers with renting and managing private mailboxes. Provide them with package receiving, mail forwarding, and notifications to keep them updated on their deliveries.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering shipping advice, and ensuring that each customer has a positive experience with Pak Mail.
- General Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and equipment is properly cared for.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Comfortable using power tools such as saws and other equipment for crating and shipping tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Sales experience is a plus.
Schedule:
- Monday – Saturday: Flexible scheduling available
- Saturday is a required workday
