Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions that meet those needs. Daily tasks include prospecting, cold calling, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and handling customer inquiries. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
