  • Become an expert on all wireless products and services to effectively answer customer questions
  • Identify customer needs through active listening, asking questions, and overcoming objections
  • Participate in daily team meetings to align with company goals and objectives
  • Master the sales process and ensure accuracy in closing all sales
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements for the Customer Experience Expert Role:

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
