Responsibilities:
- Oversee the set-up and line run time in a leadership role on the production line with personnel
- Review all line packets and check for accuracy of routers, bill of materials, shop traveler, and line schematic
- Ensure components on the line match part numbers & quantities found on the pick list and BOM
- Perform proper start up procedures such as code/stencil verification (set-up sheet) as well as morning exercise
- Direct and motivate line personnel to maximize productivity and quality
- Verify that all line personnel understand the product that is being produced and are performing their assigned task properly.
- Ensure adherence to production targets
- Inspection of packaging components, finished goods and/or other items including all required physical testing
- Proficient in operation and care (including preventative maintenance) of all sampling and testing equipment tools
- Understand and exercise all company safety requirements and procedures
- Ensure GMP’s and general housekeeping is being performed
- Responsible for document control for sanitized line equipment, bulk, packaging components, finished product testing (i.e. weights, torque, measurements and visual
- Ensure that production targets are met within the specified time frame
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Perform regular and in-depth inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Overtime required, may work some weekends depending on business needs
- Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
- Walking and standing for lengthy periods of time
- Handle bottles, caps and other types of components for long periods of time
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time
Work Experience/Education Required:
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
- Good mathematical and statistical skills (calculator, rulers, other measuring devices, scales and digital/spring torque meters)
- Minimum 2 years production line lead and inspection experience is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for directing all line workers and insuring production targets are met

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
