IT Technician

Scope of position includes supporting various client networks and IT installation projects. PakNet Technologies provides a wide range of IT solutions. If you've been in the IT industry long enough, you know that all technology operation and communication needs fall into IT department's lap. Applicant should posses some technical experience, such as, but not limited to

• Technical hardware/software diagnostics/troubleshooting/repair
• Remote/On-Site tech support
• Technical Hardware/Software installations and deployments
• Microsoft Windows, Operating Systems Support
• Computer Networking, routing, switching
• Email & Microsoft Outlook setup and support
• Wireless Technologies
• Knowledge of physical infrastructures

Must work well with others and have excellent customer service skills. Best suited for a person well versed in problem solving and advancing towards solutions.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
