We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team!
Schedule : Part-time. Day shift. Monday-Friday (no weekends)
Expected Hours : 20-29 hours per week
Salary Range : $16.00-$21.00 per hour (based on background and experience)
Summary : First point of contact for the company, responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the office and administrative functions while providing exceptional customer service to guests, vendors and staff. This position interacts with back office personnel and supports a variety of departments with administrative tasks
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all guests, vendors, staff, etc. via phone, in person and email
2. Screen and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate department
3. Receive, create, ship and distribute all incoming / outgoing packages and mail
4. Provide administrative support to executive staff; reporting, data entry, filing and clerical duties
5. Manage and maintain conference room schedules
6. Handle and direct customer complaints or issues to the appropriate personnel
7. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
8. Oversee the timely opening and closing procedures of the office
9. Maintain company phone list and store location list
10. Other duties as assigned by upper management
Requirements : Qualifications :
Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements) :
- Associates Degree
- High school diploma or GED
