Pal’s Restaurant Operator has total responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant (average 50 employees) ensuring to delight every customer visiting our restaurants. Our Leaders build and develop their restaurant management teams and oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, and customer delight within the restaurant across all shifts.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in business, restaurant, retail or hospitality.
Have a Fanatical Work Ethic - Typical work week is 5 ½ days
