Database Marketing Coordinator

Location: Pala, CA

A detail-oriented Database Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant team in the casino industry. In this role, you will work closely with our Database Manager to support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns and assist in maintaining accurate customer databases. • Superior organizational skills. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly detail oriented without fail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of product and be able to learn and operate industry software and programs.
• Must read, write, and speak English

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Database Support:

• Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases under the guidance of the Database Manager.
• Learn and implement data hygiene practices to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Segmentation Assistance:

• Support in creating segmented lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Database Manager to define and understand target audience criteria.

Campaign Assistance:

• Aid in the execution of marketing campaigns through various channels, such as email, direct mail, and SMS.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in analyzing key metrics for optimization.

Basic Data Analysis:

• Learn to generate basic reports on customer behavior, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Support in providing insights and suggestions based on data analysis.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Database Manager and other teams to contribute to overall marketing success.
• Collaborate with the Database Manager on tasks related to external vendors and tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
