Location: Pala, CA
To provide accurate database input and maintenance to the Human Resources Department utilizing HRIS Must possess excellent computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous accurate data entry experience is essential.
- Experience including database input, report writing and administration
- Knowledge of personal computer with experience in spreadsheets and word processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be goal oriented, self-motivated and organized with ability to perform well under pressure
- Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
- Must read, write, speak and understand English.
Essential Job Functions:
- Input all new hire information into HRIS.
- Update and maintain all Team Member personnel data information into the database.
- Check in new hires prior to orientation ensuring all necessary documents are received and in order.
- Communicate with Pala Gaming Commission and department managers regarding Team Member status changes and other appropriate information.
- Process verifications of employment.
- Tracking and processing pre-employment drug tests.
- Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
