General Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals who wants to learn the trade. This is an entry level position, so no experience is needed. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of various tasks on-site. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Load and unload materials and equipment, transporting them to designated areas as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols at all times to minimize risks on the job site.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with coworkers and supervisors.
• Attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and safely.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
