Living Shores IPR Operation Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the food/beverage and retail location.
- Oversee/train new team members.
- Attend daily In-Park Revenue meetings.
- Assist with student dining program.
- Maintain accurate levels of inventory and fill out order requests for your locations.
- Ensure locations remain clean and stocked.
- Complete any requested daily/weekly documentation.
- Manage any team member corrective actions.
- Coordinate team member lunch and break periods.
- Communicate pertinent information between management and team members.
- Create a guest-focused atmosphere to ensure great guest experience.
- Manage compliance with NH State Health Department and other inspectors/auditors in your locations.
- Obtain ServSafe certification (training provided).
Report any potential safety hazards and maintenance requests to management
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Punctual, reliable.
- Flexible Schedule.
- Leadership skills.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to be productive during slow periods
- Able to follow directions and communicate relevant information.
- Able to positively engage with guests to promote sales
- Able to maintain hygiene and personal appearance consistent with policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
- Able to follow daily tasks as outlined in the food & beverage/retail standard operation procedures.
- Able to lift light loads (25 lbs.,) to stand for prolonged periods of time (5 hours,) bend/squat, reach and climb/descend stairs.
- Assist with trucks and deliveries when needed
- Desire to have fun while creating a memorable experience
