We are currently looking for a:
Retail Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Coordinator in overseeing a combination of food & beverage and retail/games locations.
- Train/coach assistant coordinators and team members.
- Manage daily operations within the locations from open to close.
- Manage daily/weekly documentation.
- Manage cleanliness/organization of the locations.
- Manage food safety systems to ensure compliance with NH State Health Department.
- Encourage a guest-focused atmosphere.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
- All other duties as assigned by leadership.
Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
Requirements:
- Ability to frequently work hours that extend beyond 9 AM to 5 PM during the operating season
- 16 years or older
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in difficult situations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to be productive during slow periods
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow through on projects/tasks from beginning to end.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions and concerns in a positive and professional manner
- Able to follow direction and communicate relevant information.
- Able to positively engage with guests to promote sales
- Able to maintain hygiene and personal appearance consistent with policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
- Able to follow daily tasks as outlined in the food & beverage/retail standard operation procedures.
- Assist with trucks and deliveries when needed
- Desire to have fun while creating a memorable experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Occasional bending, squatting and reaching above shoulders
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances throughout the park
- Ability to work indoors in an office setting, as well as outdoors in a variety of weather conditions while in the park
