Palace Jewelry & Loan has been a staple of Downtown Reno since 1958! We are looking for people who love to learn and have a passion for helping others. Palace specializes in everything from diamond jewelry and designer apparel, to musical instruments and high-end electronics.

What You'll Do :

Expertly negotiate fair and competitive offers to buy or pawn customer's items that they bring into the store.
Use the knowledge you'll learn to appraise Diamonds, Gold, Platinum, Luxury Watches, Boutique Music Gear, and so much more!
Hone your sales skills by assisting on our sales floor during our busy event-season and customer parties.
Provide excellent customer service! Our customers are the reason we open the doors in the morning and they come here because we've spent years building relationships with them and the rest of our community.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers

Be able to learn and explain products and services to customers

Accurate and efficient data entry

Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

Great personality

Ability to stand and move for the majority of your shift

Occasional lifting up to 50lbs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to obtain Reno Sheriffs Card

Must pass Background Check

Must pass Drug Test

Salary : $17
