Job Summary :
As a Working Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of custodians and floor techs in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a power plant site. You will ensure that the team follows the account manager / supervisor's instructions, performs quality inspections, and maintains a safe and clean work environment. This role requires you to perform the same duties as the team members while providing guidance and direction.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of custodians and floor techs in cleaning and maintaining the facility.
- Direct the team according to the account manager / supervisor's instructions.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure adherence to standards and recommend disciplinary actions if necessary.
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Perform the same cleaning duties as the team members, such as sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors, dusting furniture and equipment, and cleaning bathrooms and other work areas.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as scrubbers and buffers.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

Salary Description
15 per hour
Salary : $15
