POSITION SUMMARY
Our floor support workers are responsible for properly delivering all food in a timely manner as well as bussing and clearing tables. Your ability to act as the liaison between the front of the house and the kitchen will ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and enhance the guests’ dining experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering all food and related items to our guests in a timely and proper manner.
- Maintaining full knowledge of our menu items and ingredients.
- Assisting the kitchen in keeping the line area clean.
- Responding appropriately to guest requests and communication guest requests to the server of the kitchen as needed.
- Maintaining complete knowledge of the table and seat numbers of the restaurant.
- Assisting in bussing, clearing, and resetting tables.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be nice and hospitable
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Possess basic English reading and communication skills
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
