Job Title : AWS Application Architect (Java)

Work Location : Remote (must be located in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, or Michigan)

Duration : Direct hire

Salary : $150-160k 20% bonus

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science

Experience / Training : 10-15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in an architecture role.

Job Description & Responsibilities :

Paladin has partnered with a national financial firm to a fill strategic role needing an AWS expert with strong Java experience, solid work history, and excellent references.

Skills and Abilities :

• Expertise in AWS Lambda (serverless) technologies
• Proficiency in designing complex software architectures (microservices, SOA, etc.).
• Expertise in programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), API development, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (CI / CD, automation).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in a complex software environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, project managers).
