Job Description :
- We are seeking a Maximo Administrator to support an ongoing Energy Operations project for 6 months to get back on schedule.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing inspection forms in EzMaxMobile a third-party inspection platform integrated with Maximo and performing day-to-day Maximo navigation, data entry, and reporting tasks.
- Specific project training and instruction will be provided, but familiarity with IBM Maximo's core functionality and workflows is essential to ensure an immediate positive impact on project timelines.
Responsibilities :
- Create and Manage Inspection Forms: Develop inspection forms in EzMaxMobile, leveraging Maximo's data structures and workflows to ensure accurate, efficient data capture.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Perform comprehensive data entry into Maximo, verifying completeness and consistency of asset, location, and work order details.
- System Navigation & Searches: Use core Maximo functions (e.g., searching, record navigation, and reporting tools) to locate and manage relevant data for daily project needs.
- Quality Assurance: Review completed forms and data inputs for accuracy and consistency, coordinating with the project team to resolve discrepancies.
- Collaboration & Training: Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements and share best practices for creating and maintaining inspection forms.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Maximo Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in IBM Maximo, including the ability to search records, navigate work orders, and perform basic system tasks.
- EzMaxMobile Familiarity: Experience creating or maintaining forms in a third-party mobile inspection platform (such as EzMaxMobile) is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail, and comfort using databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements within Maximo and EzMaxMobile.
- Excellent Communication: Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing updates on progress, and escalating issues as needed.
- Education & Experience: A background in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is desirable. Related experience in Energy or Plant Operations is ideal.
- Certifications: Any IBM Maximo certifications or relevant coursework is a plus.
