- Maintain Optimal Building Systems:
- Operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Occasional transportation of company van for tasks.
- Ensure safe maintenance of equipment, minimizing downtime through proactive testing and scheduled maintenance.
- Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, install, repair, and test electrical equipment and wiring.
- Use test equipment to ensure proper functioning of electrical systems.
- Install Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems and perform device validation and system commissioning.
- Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, maintaining accurate records.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, seeking additional assistance when necessary.
