SUMMARY
Paladin is seeking a Green Building Certification Consultant to help deliver quality services for our company’s client construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality sustainability initiatives, certification goals, and results for new and existing buildings. The consultant responsible for leading, managing, and holding accountable project teams of A/E/C partners for designing and constructing green buildings.

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
The primary objectives of the Green Building Certification Consultant position are:
- Identify potential strategies for green building certification targets
- Complete design reviews confirming that green building design and construction strategies are correctly represented in the project
- Document green building strategies to communicate compliance with various green building certification entities
- Service assigned Paladin Client Accounts through consulting, deliverable preparation, modeling, and relationship development. The focus is on being a key strategic partner with our project teams while servicing them to ensure project success and further opportunities for revenue
- Strong desire to learn and grow in areas of daylighting and views analysis, WBLCA analysis, and/or energy modeling
Job Description/Industry Experience:
The ideal candidate for this role must have at least 3 years of sustainable design and construction, energy and/or related building modeling experience. Experience within Construction, Commissioning, Building Engineering, Building Maintenance, and/or Building Sustainability strongly preferred.
Experience:
- 3 years in sustainability in relevant industry and vertical market experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- LEED AP Required. Green Globes Professional and other designations preferred.

REPORTING
This position reports to the Operations Manager and serves on the Leadership Team of Paladin, Inc. collaborating with other departments for delivery of high-quality projects across the spectrum.
