Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development: Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including digital and print materials
- Marketing Assets: Design promotional materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, digital ads, and email campaigns
- Web Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create user-friendly and visually engaging website assets and layouts
- Product Graphics: Design visuals for product interfaces, packaging, and related materials that align with Paladin Drones' innovative image
- Social Media: Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, animations, and short videos
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project objectives
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the company’s visual presence
- Experience: 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a technology or startup environment
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital, print, and web-based work
- Communication: Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
- Creativity: Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with an eye for design quality and consistency
- Collaboration: Comfortable working independently and in team settings, with the ability to take constructive feedback
- Bonus Skills: Experience with animation, video editing, or 3D modeling software is a plus
