Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Shepherdsville, KY.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Work Location: Shepherdsville, KY
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend
Education/Experience Required: 2-4 years of experience
Shift: M-F 11am - 7pm with first few weeks of training M-F 8am - 4pm
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
- Assigned Pm's
- Checking generators
- Checking Plumbing
- Roof leaks
- General Maintenance
- Painting
- General Building Repair
- Escorting vendors
Skills & Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience
- H.S Diploma or GED
- CMMS experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge preferred
- Basic HVAC/carpentry/electric/plumbing
- Can lift over 50lbs
- Good communication skills
- Self-starter
- Good technical skills
