You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to bring our brand story to life while maintaining consistency in design aesthetics.Key Responsibilities Brand Development : Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including digital and print materialsMarketing Assets : Design promotional materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, digital ads, and email campaignsWeb Design : Collaborate with the web development team to create user-friendly and visually engaging website assets and layoutsProduct Graphics : Design visuals for product interfaces, packaging, and related materials that align with Paladin Drones' innovative imageSocial Media : Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, animations, and short videosCreative Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project objectivesTrend Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the company’s visual presenceRequirements Experience : 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a technology or startup environmentTechnical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar toolsPortfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital, print, and web-based workCommunication : Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skillsCreativity : Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilitiesAttention to Detail : Meticulous with an eye for design quality and consistencyCollaboration : Comfortable working independently and in team settings, with the ability to take constructive feedbackBonus Skills : Experience with animation, video editing, or 3D modeling software is a plusWhy Join Paladin Drones?
