Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing residential properties to prospective tenants, as well as maintaining positive relationships with existing tenants. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the wanting to understand the local housing market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showing available properties to prospective tenants, providing detailed property information, and answering tenant questions
• Conducting property tours and open houses
• Handling tenant applications and processing leases
• Communicating with property managers to ensure proper property maintenance
• Keeping accurate records of all leasing activity
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and community
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competition to ensure that properties are priced competitively
• Consistently reaching or exceeding leasing and revenue targets
• Handling tenant complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience in leasing or sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
