As a Patrol Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring patrol activities, maintaining vehicle fleet files, overseeing incident response, managing fleet maintenance, and ensuring financial oversight. This role offers the opportunity to work in an office-based setting with occasional travel to patrol sites, providing a perfect balance of stability and excitement.

Operational Coordination:

• Monitor patrol activities to ensure adherence to schedules and response protocols.
• Assist Patrol Managers in communication with officers and provide support as needed.
• Maintain and organize Vehicle Fleet Files.
• Provide coverage for front desk receptionist on breaks and lunches.

Incident Response and Reporting:

• Review patrol activity reports to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Ensure timely completion of runsheet overviews.

Fleet Management:

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and readiness of all vehicles in the patrol fleet.
• Schedule regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Invoice and Financial Oversight:

• Monitor and manage outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments.
• Collaborate with the finance department to maintain accurate financial records.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role with occasional travel to patrol sites.
• Day shift with the occasional rotation to nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
