Duties / Responsibilities :

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, utilizing various teaching methods, including classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and simulations.
• Ensure all training materials and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies and industry standards.
• Evaluate trainees’ understanding and skills through assessments, practical exercises, and feedback sessions to ensure competence in their roles.
• Regularly update training programs to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with management and security teams to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and compliance with training requirements.
