Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain the security and safety of the site through regular patrols
- Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
- Provide superior customer care and contribute positively to the facility's atmosphere
- Engage with the public to offer assistance and directions
- Keep accurate logs and write detailed reports on incidents
- Prevent unauthorized access to the area and items within
- Monitor closed-circuit television for potential issues
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently

- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications
Education and Experience:
- Must be 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related experience required
- Active Security license or ability to obtain one
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing for up to 4 hours
- Foot patrol and ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must stay alert at all times
