Position Summary
Under the direction of the Golf Professionals, the Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for handling customers in-person and on the phone, utilizing our point-of-sale system on the computer, transactions with various forms of payment and other duties related to the facilities and the equipment of the Palatine Hills Golf Course.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills, in person and over the phone

The standard work week includes two weekday shifts and one weekend shift, totaling around 20 hours per week. The season runs from March-November. Work hours may vary depending on weather and daylight hours. The pay rate is $15/hour.
