We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing staff, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general support to other departments. We are looking for an organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We have multiple event center around the valley and our job is to stay on top of the competition. We need creative people that can help us innovate and make others people's dream come true.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order and schedule maintenance when needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the office.
- Ensure that the office is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
