This position is located at our property Aman Venice, in Italy.
THE POSITION
We are looking for a passionate and professional Chef de Partie to join our team.
The role of the Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.
Under the direction of the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef, the incumbent will assist in taking care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standards and qualities.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Knowledge of kitchen procedures is mandatory
• Familiar with food hygiene and relevant health & safety standards
• Maintain a clean work area and uniform
• Ensure that all stock are kept under optimum conditions
QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior experience in luxury hotels/restaurant kitchens, as well as high volume establishments
• Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting
• Be creative, a dedicated team player, passionate about food and committed to work
